We are not liable for:

• Google Business Profile suspensions/rejections beyond our control.
• Website performance issues caused by client-edited content or third-party tools.

5. Payment & Refunds

• Fees are outlined in project proposals.
• No refunds for completed work (e.g., delivered websites or GBP optimizations).

6. Intellectual Property

• Final website designs/content belong to you upon full payment.
• We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio (unless agreed otherwise).

7. Changes to Terms
